Parental Consent

Children must be escorted into the church and checked in by an adult each evening. At dismissal, children will be escorted to your vehicle. The car tag provided at check-in on the first night must be displayed in your vehicle window for pickup.

I understand that I will need to walk my child into the church on the first night of VBS so that I can get a car tag to show adults in order to pick up my child each night.
